With TLC. Hoops, bangles and charms are subject to discoloration. we recommend storing all pieces in a cool, dry, safe place. Do not shower or bathe in your jewelry. Though water resistant, pieces are not water proof. To maintain the beauty, perfumes and heavy moisturizers or sprays should not be placed on pieces.
MY ORDER INCLUDES PERSONALIZATION, WHERE DO I ENTER THE INFORMATION?
At checkout, there’s a note section within PayPal—this is where you’ll enter descriptions, name(s), word(s), and color(s). If your order includes a picture, simply email it (as a jpeg) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the name your order was placed under.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of placing your order/closing your invoice (unless communicated otherwise).
RUSH ORDERS are accepted--additional fees will apply. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org)to discuss your rush order and fees associated.
WHOLESALE ORDERS vary by request. Expected ship date will be determined + communicated once your order has been received + reviewed.

**ALL SALES ARE NON REFUNDABLE**. However we take pride in all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, if the item does not meet the description, please let us know. You may exchange the item for another in stock item providing the follow conditions are met:
- Request to return is received via email within 3 days of you receiving your purchase. Item being returned is postmarked within 5 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be returned and received in the condition it was shipped-unworn, undamaged with tags attached (if tagged).
- Buyer is responsible for full amount of return—including but not limited to packaging, shipping and insurance (if desired). Insurance is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost/damaged returns.
- Upon receipt and inspection of return, if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return. If rejected, item(s) will be returned to the Customer.
